No. If you find a PAR test form online, whether it appears on a website, social media platform, file-sharing site, or any other digital location, you may not copy, download, distribute, or use it for free. All PAR test materials are copyrighted, professionally developed, and strictly controlled.
Any PAR test materials found outside PAR-authorized channels may be unauthorized. To ensure ethical and legal use, always obtain PAR materials directly from PAR or inquire about PAR-authorized sources by contacting us at PAR Customer Support.
Yes. Formal written permission is required in advance if you wish to use any PAR test materials in a textbook, article, or publication. To request permission, please complete our Permission Request Form, which can be found here, or by emailing the Licensing Team directly.
PAR will not grant permission to include an entire test or scale in any publication, including dissertations and theses. However, inclusion of a few sample items or other materials (i.e., tables, charts, graphs) in a publication or appendix of a dissertation or thesis may be approved.

The completed form should be submitted to us at copyright@parinc.com for our review. We’ll reach out to you if we need additional information or clarification about your request. Once we have all the information we need, we’ll provide you with any fees associated with your request.
If you plan to use a test in its entirety, you must purchase the published version of the test. Please contact PAR Customer Support to assist with this purchase.
Tests, test protocols, test items, normative data, score reports, and other related materials are copyrighted and may not be reproduced in whole or in part without written permission from PAR. The reproduction of any part of PAR’s copyrighted tests and related materials in any way, without permission, whether the reproductions are sold or provided free for use, is a violation of federal copyright law.
All our translations have been approved. Back-translations have been conducted by an individual unfamiliar with the English version of the test and the back-translation has been forwarded to the author/PAR for review and approval.
If you plan to use a test in its entirety, please purchase the published version of the test. You may purchase the number of test protocols you will need for your intended purposes by contacting the PAR Customer Support Center.
When modifying or translating an instrument, purchasing the English test manual is recommended.
