Terri is an Educational Assessment Advisor for PAR, Inc and works with our school districts in the northeast to coordinate training about PAR instruments, answer questions, and provide insight about how PAR instruments compare with competing assessment products.  She also works with districts to maximize their budgets during the ordering process.  

 Terri has more than 24 years of experience in public schools as a licensed school psychologist and education specialist university student instructor and supervisor, Intensive In-Home counselor, and private practice evaluator.  She earned her BS in psychology from Longwood University, as well as several degrees from James Madison University: MA in School Psychology, MA in Community Agency Counseling, and Ed.S. in combined School Psychology and Community Agency Counseling. 

In addition to her public school service, Terri has held several leadership positions in the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) and is a two-time past president of the Virginia Association of School Psychologists (VASP). She was selected as the VASP School Psychologist of the Year in 2011 and was awarded the 2017-18 Community Partnership Award from James Madison University for her support of JMU graduate students.
